LW doesn't handle SMPTE time code.  Why would it?  Its for generating
animations only.  I you want to sync sound to a PRE-RENDERED animation
you'll have to do it through what ever you are using to play back the
animation.  PAR works beautifuly for this! Locks right up this the Studio 16.
